THE HOUSE

Built in the traditional style of the Gers, this house dates back from the early 19^th century. It sits on a 4 ha plot of land covered with vineyard; 1ha 50a of which had been granted planning permission.   

It is divided into three parts:

A 3 BED APARTMENT: with its own separate entrance, it has been entirely renovated and comprises three double bedrooms with parquet flooring, a large sitting room with fitted kitchen in one corner; toilets and bathroom. Rental potential for this part of the house is 450 € per week.

SECOND 3 BED APARTMENT. Entrance is via the kitchen. Partly renovated it has a kitchen and office room, another large room (to be renovated), a shower room and a toilet. Another room which was an old entrance could be restored to increase the size of the downstairs rooms. Upstairs are three bedrooms which are functional. Two of these share the same entrance.
