THE HOUSE
Built in the traditional style of the Gers, this house dates back from the early 19th century. It sits on a 4 ha plot of land covered with vineyard; 1ha 50a of which had been granted planning permission.
It is divided into three parts:
A 3 BED APARTMENT: with its own separate entrance, it has been entirely renovated and comprises three double bedrooms with parquet flooring, a large sitting room with fitted kitchen in one corner; toilets and bathroom. Rental potential for this part of the house is 450 € per week.
SECOND 3 BED APARTMENT. Entrance is via the kitchen. Partly renovated it has a kitchen and office room, another large room (to be renovated), a shower room and a toilet.
