Guide2MidiPyrenees woke up this morning to the this view today. The ski resorts will be happy!

From Guide2MidiPyrenees towers, it was a complete white out this morning; the bread delivery van ended up in a ditch and was rescued by the locals with 4x4’s.

We are only at a height of 600 metres, so it bodes very well for the snow falls in the ski resorts. Many ski resorts are planning to open this weekend, so the snowfalls will be a welcome relief for the snow cannons.

Below is a round up of snow reports from across the region. Some stations are not yet reporting their snow depths, but these should all be updated tomorrow once the majority of resorts are open.

If you are intending to travel to one of the less snow sure resorts, it is advisable to contact them first to verify the snow conditions and if the access roads are open.
