The company is predicting that the new flights will create around four hundred and fifty jobs in Toulouse and around 600,000 passengers will be transported on the new flights. The company has said that it also intends to increase the number of flights from Toulouse and develop tourism in the city over the coming years.
Despite the companies difficulties in the past in France concerning labour laws and the Ryanair boss openly critical of the airport tax and state levies in France, the company is keen to expand its bases in the country.
This is great news for the tourism industry in the area, making the Midi-Pyrenees and Languedoc-Roussillon regions far more accessible.
