Low-fares airline easyJet is now offering on-line check-in for passengers with hold luggage.

The low-fares airline easyJet has today launched its on-line check-in facility to passengers with hold luggage, to complement the service already offered to passengers with hand luggage only.

The service allows passengers to check-in on-line via the easyJet website and then take their hold luggage to the bag drop point.  Your boarding card will be checked at the bag drop and then the passenger can proceed to security as usual.  This service should ensure there are less queues and a faster, simpler check-in for travellers.

The traditional check-in service will operate alongside the on-line service for passengers that do not want to check-n on-line and there will be no additional charge.

The service will be in place at ninety four of the companies 112 destinations, with the following airports likely to offer the service in the future: Ajaccio, Bodrum, Casablanca, Dalaman, Dubrovnik, Dusselsdorf, Hergarda, Innsbruck, Ljubljana, Marrakech, Salzburg, Split, Sharm el Sheik, Stockholm, Tangiers, Tel Aviv and Vienna.
