Events in the Midi-Pyrenees of South West France this week, 13 August 2010

This Sunday is the last day of the Marciac Jazz Festival, with a whole day of free concerts in the town.  If anyone is attending, I would love to see the photographs.  Post them in the Gers group in MyGuide2 along with your thoughts on the festival.

The annual 31 Notes of Summer Festival is now in its last week.  There are concerts every evening in different towns around the Haute-Garonne department.

For classic car enthusiasts, Gaillac in the Tarn is holding its annual classic car mini-rally and show this Sunday in the town centre.

Thursday evening sees the Domaine de Sedouprat in the Gers open its doors to the public with a free wine tasting.  Please ensure you contact the vineyard to reserve your place.

Looking forward a week, the Cap Music Festival takes place at Centres in the Aveyron department on the weekend 20 – 22 August.
