New Ryanair flights to the south of France

Description:

Ryanair has recently announced a new route between Carcassonne and Leeds-Bradford airport which is due to start next year.

Although Carcassonne is not in the Midi-Pyrenees, it is very convenient for the eastern area of the region.  The airport is only just over an hour from Toulouse and the mountain resorts of the Ariege are also within two hours drive.

Castres and the beautiful Tarn department are only an hour to the north.  The extra route adds another low cost choice for flying to the Midi-Pyrenees region.

This route will start operating on the 28th of March 2010, with two return flights a week on Wednesdays and Sundays.
