Continued hot weather in Midi-Pyrenees

Description:

The hot weather is set to continue until Thursday in the Midi-Pyrenees, with Toulouse likley to reach around 38 degrees and areas of the Tarn expecting up to 40 degrees! By Friday the weather should have broken and the top temperature return to a more comfortable 28 degrees with rain forecast. 

Meteo France have a thunderstorm warnings in place for the Haute-Garonne and Tarn, but other departments are forecast to remain hot and dry.

Some advice for the hot weather;

Drink plenty of water, but avoid carbonated water
Water is better at room temperature than from the fridge
Don't wait until you feel thirsty, take small amounts of water throughout the day
Stay indoors as much as possible, particularly betwen 1100 and 1600
