Museum of sacred art in Rocamadour, Lot

The museum is split into four levels depicting specific times in the history of pilgrimage, from the middle ages to the present day. 

The first level covers the Golden Age of Pilgrimage, from the 12^th century to the 14^th century.  The second level focuses on the restoration of buildings during the 17^th century, while the third level details objects of worship during the 19^th century.  The fourth level is used for temporary exhibitions.
