The Hotel La Gentilhommiere is situated close to the Spanish border in the Haut-Garonne department of the Midi-Pyrenees region of south west France.  Thanks to a climate that is similar produces similar sunshine hours as the more southern coastal towns, there is a varied range of outdoor activities in the area.

Located in the town of Fos, at the northern end of the Val d’Aran, the hotel offers nine rooms in total, with four being en-suite, a restaurant, bar and outside terrace.

La Gentilhommiere is open all year and is an ideal base to explore this part of the Pyrenees Mountains.  With is great situation and easy access to the nearby ski resorts, Fos is a great location for a holiday at any time of the year. 

During the summer, walkers, cyclists and motorcyclists enjoy the mountains and roads, while winter sees an influx of skiers and snowboarders.  The area offers a great holiday whatever you want to do.
