Yvonne and Mike offer you a warm welcome at 'Monplaisir', a renovated farmhouse close to the market towns of Samatan and Lombez in the east of the Gers region.

Located in the village of Monblanc in the midst of rolling farmland just 35 minutes from Toulouse Blagnac airport, Monplaisir is an ideal base for excursions to the many places of interest in this region: Samatan, the capital of Foie gras , and it's famous market; Toulouse - le cité rose; Carcassone mediaeval walled city; the Pyrenees; Lourdes; the vineyards of the Bordeaux region, and so much more...

Accommodation

Two spacious guest rooms with ensuite facilities are provided in newly renovated accommodation which retains several features of the original building.

The double room, of about 18 sqm, can accommodate an additional 2 persons on a bed settee and has views over the gardens at the rear of the property.

The second double room is light and airy overlooking the south face of the property, is slightly larger at 20 sqm and can has a single bed included in order to accommodate up to 3 persons in comfort.

Access

From Samatan take the directions to Rieumes / Monblanc (D119). In the village of Monblanc take the left turn to Sabonnères / Pébées (D239). Monplaisir is the farmhouse to the left.

Parking. Tea and coffee making facilities. Wifi access. TV. Plenty of outside play area for kids! Open all year.
