Les Tilleuls bed and breakfast is a typical Gascon Farmhouse in St Pe Delbosc Built in 1882, it has over the years has been restored and maintained to a very comfortable standard, keeping many original features. Our house, in this very traditional part France offers a warm, comfortable relaxing place for our guests to stay, for touring France, or simply taking time out to relax .

Location

We are situated at St Pe Delbosc, a small hamlet in the heart of the countryside of the Grand Comminges, at the crossroads of Haute Garonne, Haute Pyrenees and The Gers. This makes it the perfect base for 'House-hunting'.

The village

Les Tilleuls is situated in a small peaceful hamlet, next to the village church and is surrounded by unspoilt countryside where the snowcapped mountains of the Pyrénées dominate the horizen. Private parking for several vehicles. 

Evening meals

Meals can be taken on the terrace or in the spacious dining room. Each night you can enjoy your dinner in a relaxed atmosphere together with the other guests and ourselves. This will consist of a starter, main course and dessert, followed by coffee (wine and water included). During the summer months, we have a barbeque once a week. 

Lounge

We have a lounge with a large screen TV (English and French channels) DVD, original chimney with wood-burner.

Gardens

Large Gardens with swimming pool (8m x 4m), terrace, pond, fruit trees & vines and vegetable plot, as well as resident donkeys, pigs, ducks,geese, chickens & rabbits.

Chambre 1

A bright, comfortably furnished room which has a double bed, ensuite shower & WC.

Chambre 2

Part of converted barn with double bed and en suite shower & WC.

Chambre 3

Also part of converted barn with double bed and en suite shower & WC.

All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, Hairdryer and central heating.

Bath towels are supplied, but we ask guests to bring their own for use outside the property.

Additional single bed and baby cot/junior bed available upon request.

Breakfast and evening meals

Continental breakfast is included, complete with homemade conserves and be taken either in the dining room or on the terrace depending on the weather. A three course evening meal can be provided on request.
